Event Marketing & Promotions Representative - $12/Hour

Events and Fixed Locations include. Palisades Mall, Barclays Center, Jacob Javits Center. Long Island Showcased Events; Trade shows, Bridal Shows, Expos, Festivals and many more!!!
Event Marketing Representatives work at designated Silverleaf booths and host a variety of interactive contests and drawings in order to generate customer interest in Silverleaf Resorts. They should be friendly, welcoming, and respectful to all prospective customers. They are ultimately responsible for getting as many people as possible to participate in our interactive promotional booths.
Silverleaf Resorts relies on the Event Marketing Team's interactive face to face marketing to engage with potential customers. The Event Marketing Team utilizes lead generation to provide the sales team with prospective customers.
Event Marketing Representatives:

Attend various events throughout Westchester & Nassau Counties.
Assist in all promotional and marketing events- including set up and take down of promotional booths (if needed)
Meet and greet guests visiting the promotional booths
Must be able to generate leads and meet company requirements
Serve as the front line representative for Silverleaf Resorts
Must be able to adhere to the NYK dress code and appearance policies
Paid hourly or commission, Event Marketing Representatives will be paid whichever is greater.

Qualifications:
No previous training necessary- will train
Excellent verbal communication skills

Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Flexible schedule days and nights; weekends required
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
