Job Description:
RCALD has an immediate opening for a Medicaid Service Coordinator (MSC).
Responsibilities:
Coordinate support services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
Determine eligibility and secure Medicaid funded services. Develop/implement treatment plans.
Assist clients in accessing services, e.g., vocational, medical, psych & residential.
Ensure quality of care and do home visits.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in social work or related field
1 year ID/DD or related social service experience
Some travel required
Very good to excellent writing skills
Hours: Vary
